Luce at SVI

SVI is a software consultancy with a globally distributed team. (Tech used: Ruby on Rails, NodeJs, GraphQL, ReactJS), worked on its client's project Luce as a backend engineer.

  • Built backend for the service which lets people book cleaning services, and manages the on-demand assignment of jobs to employees..
  • Tech used: A Ruby on Rails REST API, MongoDB Database, a React App built using TypeScript.
  • Implemented the Billing component with tax compliant calculations and integrated a 2-way sync with Xero API, and enabled payments through Stripe API.
